Drumsmack TV Guest Eric “Mr. Chocolate” Valentine

Eric Valentine, a Washington DC native now living in Los Angeles, is known for his ability to adapt to many different musical situations and his powerful and dynamic groove. Soon after relocating to California, Eric Valentine became one of the first call drummers in the contemporary jazz circuit. He has since expanded into fusion and rock drumming.

Audiences world-wide have enjoyed the magical quality of Eric’s musicianship, having toured and recorded a with variety of superstar artists. Recently he toured with ex-TOTO member and legendary guitarist Steve Lukather, as well as Steve Vai on the “G3” tour featuring Joe Satriani.

Eric travels frequently all over the world with different artist as a hired gun to lay down solid grooves with musicality and showmanship….
