Besides having the best on-air hair on the Drumsmack team, Brad is an accomplished musician and budding entrepreneur who has been playing the trombone since he was ten and the bass since he was fifteen. Brad recorded an album with his jazz quintet Undertow, at eighteen, playing the trombone. His notable brass skills honed by playing in jazz bands since he was a teen awarded him a scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he got his degree in Professional Music with an emphasis in songwriting. Then he packed his bags and came to LA playing bass and singing background vocals for indie rock band The Magnificent Ambersons. Since then things have been moving swiftly for Brad. He toured with singer/songwriter Jessarae and started a synth rock band with Drumsmack TV host Jeff Sorenson called Dead Letter Perfect. Most recently, he joined pop rock band A Million Pieces on the bass, background vocals and sometimes singing lead. A Million Pieces recently signed to Stampede Publishing. When he’s not playing music, he’s busy building companies in the internet technology world where he has been on the start up team for seven different projects. In addition, Brad is an Eagle Scout who loves riding motorcycles, living in LA, and hiking with his pitt bull. But not necessarily in that order.
